[That was the THE FIRST RESURRECTION: (There is NO Purgatory: Some are in heavenly places while others are in HELL). THE LAST RESURRECTION will be AT HIS APPEARING to JUDGE ‘the quick’ and ‘the dead’.(The Quick are those filled with the holy Spirit which is the Quickening Spirit. ‘THE DEAD’ are both those without Breath(dead) and those who have their Breath but neither had nor have the holy Spirit) The Quick shall RISE. The Dead then will not be cast into hell but into the lake of fire as those in Hell together with those that died will be cast into the Lake of Fire. Death and Hell will be cast into the lake of Fire
